I've been busy putting free content on the TTT Main Hub this past week, which I feel is always the right thing to do when there's a 'crisis' at Liverpool.
It's not much use preaching to the choir behind a paywall in these times (even if people who pay appreciate the work all the same), but trying to get what I hope are balanced assessments out the wider public. Whether or not they spread very far is another matter.
If you haven't seen them, below are links to the three-part series on rebuilding Liverpool.
I'll add some positive thoughts below for paying ZenDen subscribers, but the extra income from this Substack all helps keep TTT afloat, and allows me to try and spread positivity (when it's merited) a but further afield in the big free pieces on the Main Hub.
Part One - Rebuilding Liverpool: Exhaustion, Fatigue, Resetting and Renewing
Part Two: How Young Footballers Reach Peak Strength, Pace and Maturity
Part Three: Reds’s ‘Magic Dozen’ – Elite Generation of Kids, Bellingham and More
I'll also write in due course about Man City's latest financial charges, and what that means for Liverpool (and the fairness of football in general), but as ever with this lark, the timing is often terrible; you think there's no match on a given week so you focus on a big series about something, then there's a massive news story breaking and people's attentions are captured by that instead.
As I like to mention every now and then, football never stops, never rests, never sleeps.
(Includes someone who clearly never stops, never rests, never sleeps and, er, never gets dressed.)
Some Undeniable Positives (To Cling To)
Including two current Premier League footballers talking a (surprising) ton of sense about Jürgen Klopp and Liverpool.
